I'm back from Berlin Fashion Week and I still have to process all the wonderful impressions that I got there. I have so many ideas for new posts and new looks and I can't wait to share it all with you. In order not to keep you waiting for too long, I will already share some brands and products that I discovered in Berlin with you in this post.
# Fashion Week: First Impressions
If you followed me on Snapchat this week, you will have gotten a good idea of what I've been up to in Berlin. I've been attending 6 fashion shows, 2 fairs and 2 major blogger events plus some other small events. To give you a first impression of my experiences I decided to share the picture below, which was taken at the Thomas Hanisch show. It will definitely be one of the experiences that I will keep forever in my mind. Not only because the collection was inspired by Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmations, one of my all time favourite childhood movies, but also because I had the chance to follow it from the front row with someone whom I met as a blogger and who can now be considered as a friend. I think that sums up the magic of fashion week pretty well.
# Interview: Paris 8 Newsletter
Two weeks ago I had told you about the project I've been working on with Paris 8 and here is the result! I've been featured in their newsletter with my summer beauty selection. Therefor I got my makeup done with Bobbi Brown products and was presented some sunscreen and perfume novelties among which I chose my favourites. You can read the whole newsletter here.
# Disney: Fashion Open House
Also two weeks ago I told you about the collaboration between Coach and Disney. In Berlin I was lucky to see the collection with my own eyes at the Disney Fashion Open House. The event, which was hosted at a really elegant hotel, showcased many fashion collaborations between Disney and famous brands such as Anya Hindmarch (photo below). As the event took place within the frame of Berlin Fashion Week, there were also many German brands represented. Two of them were the Berlin based brand Malaikaraiss who got inspired by the movie Star Wars for a collection of jewellery and the popular scarf brand Codello who worked with traditional Disney motives for their accessories.
# Vegan Beauty: OZN x Noveaux Nail Polish
One of the fairs I visited in Berlin was the Ethical Showroom. There the vegan and sustainable fashion magazine Noveaux hosted a blogger lounge at which I could get a first look at their new nail polish which they produced in collaboration with OZN. The nail polish is not only vegan but also free from the 7 toxic ingredients that most nail polishes contain. You can get the nail polish in the shade "Warm Green" over here.
# Press Feature: Femmes Magazine
And finally you can now also find my monthly feature in the latest issue of Femmes Magazine which will be available in several stores in Luxembourg from next week on. This month I'm telling you which contouring palette is my favourite. Read the whole issue online here.
How was your week guys? Who else had the chance to go to Berlin Fashion Week?
