Today's news is fresher than fresh because only 2 hours ago I've still been at Moovenails to discover this new concept for you and now I'm already writing this post so you can go and check out this new awesome place yourselves. Moovenails is a new nail bar concept in Luxembourg, developed by Beautician Alexandra Gosse, but what makes it so special?
When I arrived at the press launch of Moovenails this noon, I was immediately pleased by the fresh and modern setup of the nail bar, all held in blue and orange pastel shades and cute dots on the nail polish wall. The super kind staff was eager to explain the 3-step method of the nail bar which has only opened its doors this month: When you enter you immediately see a touchscreen which allows you to choose your service or product. So if for example you want a simple manicure you choose the service and the nail colour you want, and you'll get a ticket which allows you to see the price of your manicure and which will immediately show the beautician what she can do for you. Then you moove on to the second station which is the actual nail bar where you'll get your manicure and which is even equipped with a hook for your handbag and a possibility to charge your phone. After a quick and kind service you moove on to the last station, which is an automatic scrub and hand cream dispenser to give your manicure the last finish and your hands the right care. Like this you can get the manicure you want without any hassle, without taking an appointment and it will all be done in 30 minutes. Moovenails is even working on an app, that will allow you to book your manicure from home so you'll really have all the time you need, to look through the amazing OPI shades Moovenails is working with.
Lucky me got to try a manicure myself (for a peek check out my Instagram or Snapchat) and I was pleased to see that the beauticians are doing a good job. They explained every step of the process and my manicure was dry in no time so I could enjoy the event by taking pictures and trying some of the delicious food. I was also really pleased to see that Moovenails is selling Pupa, a brand which is internationally quite popular but which I haven't seen much here in Luxembourg yet. Moovenails will definitely be my new place for manicures in Luxembourg so I was beyond happy to just discover that they will be opening a bar at the shopping center Knauf in Pommerloch this May. They are also planning to open around 10 more stores this and next year in Luxembourg, France and Belgium. Apparently they are already in conctact with shopping centers in Paris, Nice and Bruxelles so you may want to keep your eyes peeled if you live in one of these areas. Until then the address for a quick and pretty manicure is:
