Ingredients (serves 1):
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
1-3 peanuts (for garnish)
1. Cut the banana in small slices and freeze them overnight.
2. Put the frozen slices and the peanut butter in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Garnish with some chopped peanuts.
4. Serve immediately.
If you ask me bananas and peanut butter are a food combination made in heaven! Also from all ice creams we've made at home I've always liked banana ice cream best. Therefore this just turned into one of my favourite desserts and I will definitely keep on making it after my diet as it's just so simple and you don't need an ice cream maker. The best part: this dessert is just around 150 calories! What do you think? Will you give this treat a try?
