Tonight I have another quick and easy recipe that you can easily transform into a low calorie, healthy meal by replacing the toast by toasted whole-grain bread.
bread of your choice
a small glass of mushrooms
a small onion
a garlic clove
Cut the onion and the garlic into a hot pan with a little olive oil. Add the mushrooms and flavor them with the salt and pepper (and other spices of your choice like for example paprika). Add a little cream and put the finished mushrooms on your toasted slices of bread.
That was it, easy huh? On the pics you can see that I added black olives to the mushrooms but I didn't mention that in the recipe because I found the olives were stealing the mushrooms the show so I will leave them away next time. Also look at my awesome purple pan... cool isn't it?!
